Direct motorway connection (A 52) and direct underground tram connection
(Line U11) to Essen Main Station.
Only a 20 minute taxi drive lies between the Rhein-Ruhr
airport(Düsseldorf) and the Essen Messe.

Near the fairgrounds are about 7.000 parking spaces available. A further
10,000 spaces are connected by free bus and underground lines.

 There are two possibilities to get 
  to the Essen exhibition centre from Rhein-Ruhr-airport Düsseldorf: 

   By taxi which takes you to the exhibition centre in 
  approximately 20 minutes

   or you can take the train to the Essen main station 
  and then with underground line U 11 to the Essen exhibition centre.

  Take Sky Train to Airport rail station. From there 
  trains leave direct to Essen main station. (40 minute journey time)

  Do not use the Terminal station as a limited local 
  service only is available.
