The oldest still existing automobile brand, Peugeot, can look back to a long tradition. Since 1891 there are automobiles with the name Peugeot. The company even exists considerably longer: 1810 is deemed the year of establishment of Peugeot as a company. In that year, in the light of changing economic conditions, the brothers Jean-Frédéric and Jean-Pierre Peugeot built an iron foundry on the premises of the oil mill in Hérimoncourt. Also
the performance at TECHNO-CLASSICA of the brand with the lion's head in the logo
has a long tradition: Peugeot present themselves in Essen since the first show.
This year, the lion brand is represented by the "Peugeot 504 Coupé
Cabrio Club Deutschland e.V." with an exhibition stand in hall 4. As a member
club of Amicale Peugeot Deutschland, the "504 Coupé Cabrio Club"
has been involved with the world classic show for many years. Vehicles from the
pool of the club members will be on display. Currently, the exact theme of this
year's exhibition is not yet specified. |
